I am throughly exhausted from an insanely hectic weekend! Mass Appeal, the annual runway extravaganza for which I dj, was a smashing success--honestly the best show I've been involved with to date. The afterparty my dj partner and I hosted at Soundlab (Shock & Awe) was also amazing! An inspiring turnout, everyone was dressed to the nines and danced until dawn. Special thanks goes out to Jessa, my dj partner; Mass Appeal's fabulous producer Erin Habes; Brandon Davis at Block Club magazine for his design finesse (he created the fantastic afterparty poster); and all the hundreds of others that volunteered their time to Mass Appeal.

I wore this outfit to dress rehearsal. It's comfy and cozy and perfectly effortless. I'm kinda obsessed with this turban; it hasn't really left my head since its purchase. Somehow I ended up misplacing my makeup kit in the madness so I've been sporting leftover halloween makeup for the last few days, but I think it still works.

Sunday was spent in lazy abyss. Craig and I went to see Megamind in 3D. I'm usually not interested in the 3D movie experience--we actually attended that showing by accident--but it was surpisingly awesome! Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

I wish I could have found the skeletal bone harem's when I was last in Toronto but no such luck finding  my size.  I picked these up instead as a consolation prize.  I enjoy the texture of the woodgrain juxtaposed with the bulky wedge, feathers, and fringe.  I'm bumming today, almost every time I have a day off from work it seems to rain! Can't a girl get some sun!

This is the hottest look I could come up with blindsided by poison ivy (stay off the bike trail kids).  I picked up this  onesie during my last NYC jaunt.  I love the back detailing and the simple sexiness. I also feel like a member of Barnum and Bailey, but that's besides the point.

This is honestly one of the most comfortable outfits I own. I bought these harem pants over the summer and some how they ended up in the back of my closet. While organize things in the new place they resurfaced and I decided to re-work. I like the voluminous silhouette paired with the crop top -completed with the perfect amount of peekaboo skin. 

It's been a crazy hectic week with packing, unpacking, and hauling boxes (luckily the beau is doing most of the heavy lifting). We still have a bunch more to move, but it's getting there. Tonight I look forward to cozying up with a glass of wine and relaxing in the new apartment.
