Just a quick post after work, I felt very nautical today.  Last summer when I was in Brooklyn visiting my bestie I scored this little vintage dress at Beacon's Closet.  Perfect attire for yachting.

Here are just a few pictures from my NYC jaunt over the weekend!  My best friend Erin had a major blow out for her birthday, theme: Yacht Rock.  She transformed her backyard into nautical bliss, and we all ended up well.... wrecked.  NYC kicked my tush once again but as always it was an amazing ride.  We also hit up the Matisse show at MoMa, shopped at Beacon's closet & Oak,  saw Cut Copy & Glasser preform, and dined all over Brooklyn and Manhattan.  <3 NYC

This was an outfit I wore to a failed boat cruise.  I say failed because it never materialized, due to poor weather conditions.
Tonight I get to see two of my absolute favorite bands The National and Rufus Wainwright.
I'm sure it will result in buckets of tears.
