I'm not one to experiment with vibrant colors very often, but this vivid number seemed to "pop" in just the right way.  I'm sure it helps that the skirt's made of faux leather, a material I generally gravitate toward (although usually in black).  My boyfriend remarked that this was a relatively casual outfit for me, but I thought it achieved the perfect balance for simplified chic (especially on a 90 degree day!).

Isn't the balloon mural behind me adorable?  I thought it complemented the bright pop of the skirt.
